    • No charge for the cancellation until 3 hours to the pickup time.
    • Cancellation in less than 3 hours to pick up time will be a subject of full fare
    • Hourly Rates applies within DC Metro area ONLY
    • Traveling outside the beltway on a hourly job will be a subject of additional travel time depending on the destination
